Hotel construction starts after summer

Preparations for the five-star hotel are in full swing. Discussions with the general contractor are in the final stages. Construction is expected to begin after the summer. Final discussions are also underway with the prospective hotel operator. The consortium expects to have more to announce before summer.

Interior designers finishing

For the interior design of the apartment, van Egmond Architects and Just Design were asked to develop four interior design concepts that seamlessly complement the elegant architecture. Both firms were selected for their craftsmanship, sense of style, and experience with luxury residential projects.

New grandeur for the boulevard
