Transformation of hotel in full swing

The large-scale renovation and expansion of the five-star hotel is now well underway. Under the leadership of construction company Horsman & Co, a family-owned business with deep roots in the Duin- en Bollenstreek region, the entire project – from demolition to renovation and new construction – is being carried out.

At present, the first visible steps have been taken with demolition works, including the removal of old timber frame walls and the careful dismantling of façade elements. Step by step, the structure is being stripped back to a concrete shell, which will form the foundation for the next phase: a renewed hotel featuring two additional floors, a new façade, a redesigned roof, and a distinctive dome.

What makes this development particularly unique is its seamless connection to the Residences themselves. A skybridge will link the hotel to the Residences van Oranje. Upon completion, this will create a unique living environment where residents can enjoy high-end hotel facilities right at their doorstep.
