Hotel construction starts after summer

Preparations for the five-star hotel are in full swing. Talks with the construction contractor are in the final stages. Construction is expected to start after the summer. Final talks are also being held with the intended hotel operator. The consortium expects to be able to announce more before the summer.

Interior designers finishing

For the interior finishing of the apartments, van Egmond architects and Just Design were asked to develop four interior concepts that seamlessly align with the elegant architecture. Both firms were selected for their craftsmanship, sense of style, and experience with luxury residential projects.
