Construction starts January 5th 2026

On Monday, 5 January 2026, construction will begin on Hotel & Residences van Oranje. A wonderful prospect and an important milestone in the redevelopment of the Noordwijk coastline. This will restore to the boulevard the allure that once made it world-famous.

For the construction of the residences, De Vries en Verburg Bouw has been selected, an established construction company with extensive experience in luxury residential complexes. Work will begin with the development of the two-storey parking garage, one level of which will be designated exclusively for future residents of the residences. Above it, two residential buildings will rise, comprising a total of 86 magnificent apartments, ranging from spacious apartments to luxury penthouses with sea views.
